I came across more than one article talking about Maca Root that mentioned 'weight gain' can be associated with this remedy. In fact some women take it for 'bigger boobs and hips'.
So maybe thats why even AFTER being good all week I put on 3lbs? Maybe?
I haven't been good this week though (and weight this morn was down 1lb).
