By normal I mean post-ov-still hurt normal. But it is only when I press on them now. I also feel abit achey and crampy (though not cramping - yet) so am pretty sure AF will show itself early as usual.
But hey...never know?
I try to think back to when I was pregs with D. It was a week before christmas (hey, like now, I just realised!) and I had given up actively ttc. Instead of thinking 'ooh, that could be a preg symptom' I was pretty sure I now knew the signs for AF...so, like I said, week before Christmas I was at work and my boobs hurt and I was cramping and I said to hubby 'oh, looks like AF is due Christmas day'. But it came and went - but then my periods had been one every two months or more anyways so I didn't think anything other than I must be wrong. So, still cramping, I said 'oh, must be New Years Day its coming'. It still didn't.
I didn't think about it then except a week later (like Jan 8th or something) we were going to a pub so when I got up that morning I thought I'd just test so that I could let my hair down and drink alcohol (i didn't often cos of ttc and still don't)...well, of course I got a bfp! And a week later at the docs it was calculated I was 7wks pregs....
....so....I am trying to think how they worked that out? If my Af was irregular? But anyhoo, technically I work out the time of having cramps and sore boobs must have been...? 3wks pregs which - as docs add two weeks on (ie from last af not from ovulation) was really 7dpo or so???
lol, completely pointless ramble there! But does prove cramps and sore boobs don't always mean AF!
Another meaningless babble...but I was also wondering HOW COME most women (even ourselves) when NOT ttc don't notice those sore boobs? i mean, the way mine were yesterday they were unmissable but I don't recall noticing years ago? Or maybe its cos lots of women are on the Pill (or injections or patches) which mess with the cycle and cycle symptoms? Hmmm?

Hi. Im Jolene. 31 years old. I suffered three years of a short luteal phase and didnt think I could get pregnant again without medical assistance but fell pregnant by accident and naturally. I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!
