I forgot to weigh myself BEFORE eating breakfast this morning so I'll have to do it tomorrow morning but just to see I jumped on the scale... 178ish!!!
It's no wonder though... last week was crazy busy for me so I didn't work out much AND everyone kept giving me homemade candy & other treats/sweets. I don't buy that stuff b/c I know it's my weakness so of course when it is GIVEN to me, I'm gonna eat it! Man, this stinks! This week ISN'T going to be any better either with Christmas coming up!
I just hope & pray the RE doesn't want to weigh me tomorrow when I go in. Last week I was 174

but I know I've probably gained weight but I can lose it again once Christmas is over so I really hope he doesn't want to weight me in between.
I seriously need to gain control of this sweet tooth I have!
