Sorry I was gone! We were out of the house for almost a week. It was nice to come home though, and have home be safe! All seems well here! I am so thankful for that!
DH and I got a trampoline for the kids for Christmas and the box weighs about 250lbs. Well he had it in the truck and he was trying to move it around and he snapped something in his back or in his groin. So he is down now. He went to work today but he has a buddy riding with him, so all he really has to do is ride along.
Anyway, How was everyone's Christmas? Mine was great! I love it when the kids are happy and when everyone has a blessed time! I will admit I am happy to be home, its hard relaxing in someone else s house, even if it is the one I grew up in.

So ladies tell me about your Christmas's.

Hey not much to tell here. It was just the three of us and nice. Hubby couldn't get up early (mostly cos of working nights, his body clocks pretty screwed) so I let Dakota open one present at 7.30am and she played with that for about an hour before asking for another. She opened about another two before Hub got up and then we opened some. Dakota unwrapped a bubble bath so wanted a bath and why she was happy playing in there we opened some more.
It was the first year I haven't leapt up and wanted to open all the pressies as fast as poss! I don't know if thats good or bad? On the one hand it makes me feel OLD...like its the first year I have lost my childish enthusiasm/. But on the other hand it was really nice to take time and make opening the pressies last half the day. Dakota got to play with each thing before moving on to the next.

I had one moment whilst washing up where I felt that stab of grief at the 2yr anniversary of losing my lil Rose but it wasn't as bad as last year. It was more sentimental to remember to mc with a touch of sadness that I still haven't concieved since then. I have been thinking alot about her since xmas day. I was thinking how it is that nobody else ever remembers..only us, the mothers, remember our MC's.

Anyhoo...my sis is coming tomorrow so we get (and give) some more pressies!

And we're going to my mums for New Years.

I feel a mixture of joy at 2010 (cos I am sure I must get pregs next year somewhere) and anxiety that if I don't ...? ....it'll be quite painful to think I might be in this exact same spot this time next year!
