Im such an idiot, I was just looking at my chart for the first time since I decided to quit temping. What a stupid thing to do. I got my + opk on cd 14, then a - opk on cd 15. On cd 15 my temp dropped, then on cd 16 it went way up. I thought it was because I wasn't sleeping as well, but duh it makes sense if I O'd on cd 15. I should have kept temping, and now Im all screwed up. I will start again in the morning. Geez what a ditz I am!!

I was looking at it today too! Cos your chart ticker says CD20 (rather than any dpo) and I was gonna say your temps were a bit wild! Were you ill around the 21st? I'd discount that temp. With the opk I'd agree ov was CD15.

I wouldn't worry about it. Really all that matters in regards to temps is knowing when you OV'd and how long your LP is...or else testing 15dpo. As you had a +opk as well as a nice CD16 temp I'd say don't worry about charting the rest. Just sit back and wait! Well....mind you...just another temp or two to get your red lines I guess?
