We're taking a 6 month break from TTC w/ MA. Since last week, when I learned of my spontaneous O, I have really just been feeling like the Lord is calling me to wait so that He can bless me with a miracle baby using no kind of MA at all (after 4 long years of infertility). So that's what we are going to do. I still plan on TTC, just not obsess about it or use MA right now. I've posted more about it on my blog if you wanna check it out... Galatians 4:22-23.

Nope not going anywhere though I did consider whether or not I wanted to quit posting on all the TTC boards but decided against it so I'm here to stay!

Hey Amanda. I feel that could be the message for you too...its just such a hard step to take but isn't that always the way to show your faith?!!!!
It will be hard for you to post here and yet 'relax' about ttc, although we don't want to lose you here You could be like Stef and just concentrate more on the weightloss side and Hiding Place? As long as we know where to find you

And on the otherhand 6mths isn't very long (when I was told in Aug to go away for 6mths I felt like it was forever...but, well, Febs almost here and its flown by!). Are you going to save hard in that time too? So you either have backup for future MA or (and this is the better option) a nice baby-fund for that bfp!

All the best and LOADs of babydust!

Hi. Im Jolene. 31 years old. I suffered three years of a short luteal phase and didnt think I could get pregnant again without medical assistance but fell pregnant by accident and naturally. I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!

Actually, Jo we hadn't really PLANNED to save specifically for MA but I like your thinking... "(and this is the better option) a nice baby-fund for that bfp" so I may just have to reconsider!

Girl.. I am right there with you on that.. I made a promise to myself to not work as hard TTC.. I want to get pregnant with out MA.. I look back on everything that has happend in my life so far.. and thinking how lucky i was to not have had a second baby right now.. Gracie was set back with everything.. walking, talking..potty training..and thats all things i had to give her all my attention on..and now that she is almost 5.. i do not have to worry as much on giving her all my attention. and i was thinking about (if im not pregnant this cycle) letting my faith of getting pregnant in Gods hands.. and I know he will send me my baby.

It will happen! I am sure! Its just a matter of when and if we feel we can wait (which I don't want to, hence puesuing MA).
A friend of mine (who had two kids without even trying) said 'hey, it will happen, even if you end up with a 10yr age gap'
NOT helpful. I mean, made me feel angry and sad that she could think like that 'well hey, nevermind' when her two are just 2yrs apart and she's planning a third. But....well...I know she mean't well and I DO know what she means by it WILL happen, just maybe not as soon as we want.

If that makes senses???
