I went to an Infertility Support Group last night that a local church was sponsoring. I NEVER realized that we had something like this! I did enjoy it though after getting there I realized that I think I’m in a place where I don’t necessarily need it as much as I thought I would but it was nice to get out & talk face to face with others that are going through the same thing as me. I also got an AWESOME book for free (& I shared with them a pg loss Bible study ) that was actually written by a lady who suffered through infertility herself along with a dr (so it is actually a Christian perspective of both patient & dr)… The Infertility Companion by Glahn & Cutrer. I can’t wait to start reading it!

We also got to talking about Bible studies & she shared an infertility Bible study with me… Water From the Rock by Gibbs, Garrett, & Rabon.

And some encouraging scriptures:

Philippians 4:13:
I can do everything through him who gives me strength.

Psalm 37:4:
Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.

Psalm 91:4:
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

Hebrews 13:5:
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

John 8:32:
Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

1 John 3:18:
Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.

Thanks Amanda! Lots of good stuff there! Its good your in a place of needing a group like this less but perhaps your there to give support more than recieve it? You do seem good at that!

Thanks sweetie! Im so happy to read this. I didn't make the study on Monday because of life here, but I plan to go on over and check it out.
I like reading these, they give me hope and peace!
