I've started trying to teach my daughter to read! A few months back I felt it was an impossible thing (not sure where or how to start!) and figured I'd just leave it to the school. But I saw an article in a newspaper that led me to research a little and I found an online place with exercises to do with her. It recommends just 15mins a day so its a nice sit-down-together time and she is so far enjoying it! And I feel a sense of pride and accomplishment too knowing I am teaching her something so important!

Hi. Im Jolene. 31 years old. I suffered three years of a short luteal phase and didnt think I could get pregnant again without medical assistance but fell pregnant by accident and naturally. I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!

That is awesome Jo!! I love teaching my kids, its so fulfilling!

My mission for this week is to Keep Beckah caught up in her studies and to work hard with Raelynn on Math.

My other mission for this week is to try and find a small cheap roll off to throw some junk away. Our city has really put the screws to us on trash and now its just building up, specially with us getting new furniture and getting rid of things.
