Are any of you taking supplements to help your chances of conceiving?

I am currently taking B6, agnus castus, soy isoflavones, extra folic acid, zinc, B12 and I am going to take bromelaine (sp?) for the next few days (I am Oing today) as it's supposed to help implantation.

I took a prescription prenatal and was looking into that stuff before they gave me the go ahead on Clomid with our third. After this one gets here I'm going to stay on the prenatal and start red raspberry leaf which is supposed to help when you're TTC. I prefer the capsules over the tea since it's a lot quicker (no brewing necessary), but I've heard some women say the tea can be pretty good. I'll only have a few cycles to get pregnant again before they'll start me on Metformin so I'm not sure what I'll take out of paranoia of interactions. Then I think 3 months after that they'll start me on Clomid again. We're trying to take advantage of my temporarily improved hormones post-partum so hopefully less medical assistance is needed rather than wait and possibly end up needing more than before.

So to summarize my plan is...

Prescription prenatal with an iron booster for anemia
Red Raspberry Leaf

I'm considering adding...

B6
Calcium

Research pending.

And what are you doing posting? Catch that egg!
