For those who chart regularly, when do you consider the cut-off of AF? When there is no spotting? When the bright red is gone and brown remains? Just wondering how everyone determines.

I consider AF done when I've had a full day of nothing. No spotting or anything. I've had times where I've had just one instance of spotting one day and AF come back the next though. You may find for you that you typically only have one day of brown spotting so you can safely call that your last day of AF.

I'm the same as Anna. When I have had one full day of nothing, then I consider AF gone.

For me sometimes I will have a day of brown and AF will come back heavy the next day. It all depended on the cycle. I always figured AF would be done when she was done and never really thought about it. Sometimes it was 3 days sometimes more like 5 or more.
