I had a day 21 progesterone check which was 11.I was told by
the nurse that was good.I looked it up online and it seems like
its on the lower side but still within normal range.Does this
seem like a good number?

According to my RE anything above 10 does indicate ovulation. I'll be very honest...... in most cases, a pregnancy would be indicated by higher progesterone levels, so I kind of doubt that you will find out you are pregnant this cycle (though I could be wrong, and I really hope I am!).

Overall though, I do think it's a good number.

Actually I did not even try this month.The DR was just checking to see if I do ovulate on my own ( I was pretty sure I did as I always get +opk's around the same time each month).So I'm guessing I do (for sure) which is really great news!Thanks for the response MountainMomma.

My OB wanted mine over 20, but we were also checking it on clomid cycles. One cycle it was at 30 and the nurse was sure I would get BFP soon and I didn't.
