Just curious to see who, if anyone is still around here.
I'm going to do my official weigh in and measurements tomorrow morning and start my new routine. For the first 6 weeks I am going to do The Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout Video 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) and then walk at least 1 mile 3-4 times a week. I may end up walking every day though. It's something that is easy to do and since I have the treadmill I may as well use it! lol
