Since Stephanie is busy with school lately & this board isn't very active I just wanted to you! I'm so glad you joined us over here though I'm not glad that you had to join us. IF is NOT fun at all. I know you seem to be a bit more private over on the CP board but if you EVER wanna talk about it, the ladies here are GREAT AND please PM me anytime! Can I ask... where are you in this journey? Again, don't feel like you have to answer this. I tend to talk about my IF a lot.

I hope you get your BFP soon!

Hi

Thank You so much for the warm welcome. I am a shy person in real life and sometimes I let it slip on here I am the very proud mother to David who is 29 months old. We tried for David for less than six months and at the time my DH was in the Marine Corps Reserves and I thought that the reason it took so long was Dh seemed to miss a lot of my fertile times due to drill

In June of 2009 I got my first PPAF and in July 2009 we started NTNP, which we realized for us means trying , we realized that as long as I chart we will always be trying and I will always chart so...

By November I knew there was a problem, my Luteal phase had went from 11 days to 8 and 9 days, so I scheduled an appointment with a new OB ( mine had retired from Gyn). The Dr told me that it was just the fact that I was bfing and that it would even out and if it didn't in 6 months to come back and see him and he would put me on the Pill.

Well I can't see how the Pill can help TTC so I haven't been back to see him. and here were are over a year after we started trying and we still haven't got our BFP. MY luteal phase is worse than ever, on my last cycle it was only 9 days with 4 days of heavy spotting.

To be honest I don't know were we are going from here or what are options are I just know that each month I feel like a piece of my heart is crushed as again and again I start bleeding.

Welcome Donna! Have you tried B6 for your LP? It helped mine somewhat. Soy Isoflavins is a natural clomid that you might want to try too. Many times the short LP is because of low estrogen before ovulation. Soy makes your body think that you aren't producing any so you produce more. That results in a stronger O, but it also increases the chances of multiples. It should correct the short LP though.
