Have you given up anything while TTC? I gave up coffe for quite awhile, but now I drink it occasionally
Who IRL knows that you are TTC?: Most people do at this point. Our son just turned 2, and I doubt too many people who know me and DH *at all* would really believe we wouldn't have wanted to at the very least be pregnant or have another baby by now. And I've just started being very open with people. It's kind of my mission to educate people that:"*Gasp*, it is possible to want a baby very much but be completely powerless to make it happen, so please attempt to be sensitive."

I agree. I am very open about TTC, so people know that infertility is a real struggle. That, and I just can't help myself I have given up alcohol, but I do drink it occasionally...
