I am working on doing this more often. I just bough EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii and for the Xbox 360 Kinect I bought The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout (AWESOME GAME) and Zumba Fitness. Hopefully by making workouts fun I'll do it more often.

I force myself to go to the gym twice a week. It's not fun, but I listen to my iPod, and Gabriel enjoys the children's room. When the weather is nicer, we also try to do something together as a family, like ride bikes once a week or do a parcours trail.
