I'm Lisa, mom to Jeremy (3), wife to Scott. We've been ttc#2 for 22 cycles now (about to head into cycle 23) with one loss in 2009. So, I guess we would be dealing with secondary infertility? DS was conceived after 1 month of really trying and when we had our m/c that took us 2 months. Now we've been on a variety of meds, done 3 IUIs...and nothing. After testing and all of that they have concluded that our reason for infertility is "unknown". That's helpful.

Anyway...I'm hoping to get some support here since I'm not sure how well I fit into the other categories of ttc.

Hi Lisa. Sorry to hear about your difficulties I am still fairly new to the board, but it is a great board, the ladies are very supportive and understanding! I'm Cassandra, my DH is Justin. We have a 5 year old son, Gabriel, and have been TTc #2 since July. I also have "unexplained secondary infertility." Tried Clomid, that didn't work. Doing the natural route until the summer, when we will visit an RE. I hope your stay here is short. Welcome!

Thanks ladies. We're debating now whether or not to go through with IUI # 4. It's hard to justify paying for medical treatment when it was so easy to get pregnant with DS (and when we had our m/c) and are now classfied as unknown reason for infertility. Plus, DH's numbers were darn good for the last 3 IUIs, so I have NO idea why they didn't work. *sigh* It sucks!!
