Hi ladies! I'm sort of new to this board...I actually came here back when I was pregnant with my second daughter, 5 years ago. Since then I've gotten divorced and remarried to a wonderful Marine and we are trying to have one of our own. Between our crazy living arrangement (he's in VA, I'm in TX thanks to custody issues), timing is pretty difficult. We've had one early MC and 4 months of no success since then. Since I had an IUD before we started trying and no problem getting pregnant when I was younger (33 now), my doc went ahead and ran some tests yesterday (progesterone and thyroid). She also suggested my DH get checked since he's never had kids.

I had a really close friend go thru 2 years of infertility and 5 MC's before she had her twins, so I'm not totally new to tests and treatment, but it's different being the one it's happening to. In the past, I got pregnant pretty much right away. Now I find myself less and less optimistic every month. I don't know what are worse: the months we aren't together when I ovulate and have no chance or the months we are and it still doesn't happen. I'm currently 6 days past ovulation this month, but I O'd sometime on Friday and didn't get to VA until Friday evening to "try" so I'm not feeling so good about our chances this month either.

Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself! Here's hoping we all get "lucky" soon!!!

And wow, I just noticed my old siggy is still up! That's a really old picture of my girls!!! LOL
