Have you ever diet? Which diets have you tried? (I'm not talking about watching calories or eating right... I'm talking about Atkins, WW, etc). Did it work?
The only one I've tired in GNC Total Lean shakes (Which is what I'm on now). It's kind of like Body By Vi and Herbal Life. I drink a shake mixed with fruit for breakfast and lunch w. a normal dinner.. I also fit in fruits and veggie for snacks through the day. I've been doing it for 3 weeks and love it.
