We always stay in base/post hotels when we travel (if we can). We usually get on of the family rooms (with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen). We like it alot better than staying in a reg hotel.

We stayed in the one here for a couple day when we got here before our apartment was ready. It was pretty nice, nicer than any hotel we would have been able to stay in for the same price.

Yes Fort Sill,Ok Holiday Inn. We stayed a few days to check out the post before we moved it was pretty nice. Then we stayed on it once we moved here for 4 days in the extended stay and rooms they allowed animals in. We have two dogs. The first room smelled like dog or cat pee it was horrible. My dogs were smelling everything. So my husband went up and asked for a new room. It really was the same rooms minus the smell. It wasn't nice one bit. I wouldn't stay there if we didn't have to. I found a house ASAP I couldn't stay there any more.

Oh yeah. Especially when it was just DH and I! Our favorite was NAS North Island on Coronado Island. Man, that place is *right there* on the beach and we could sit out on the balcony and watch the ocean. Beautiful!

We have. I'm so happy that a lot of tlf's are taking pets now...it makes moving so much easier. My favorite hotels have been on Air Force bases...they are sooo cheap.
