Hello, just wanted to introduce myself here and get to know you ladies! I should have a long time ago because I have been a member of JM for a while but I mostly stuck to my DDC. I am Kelsey, DH is Kris. He is in the Army National Guard in AZ but he usually stays active. Right now he's taking a break from active that so he can be home more before he deploys next year for 15 months. His civilian job is corrections so he's still gone a lot. But when I was pregnant he was on the border doing a mission for 7 months, he came home when I had our baby in March, left 3 weeks later for 2 more months. Then was home for 3 weeks and left for another month. So things have been a little tough with pregnancy and a newborn and I'm happy he's home for a while (hopefully) So I thought it would be nice to make friends with people here who understand what it's like with a husband deployed, it is good to have the support. Our son Jakob is 5 months now and we are also TTC #2 before he deploys because we only want 2 kids and we want them closer together.
Also I did a 3 year contract in the Army myself Just got out earlier this year

Hello. I'm Jenna. Dh is currently full time NG, but he was in the army & deployed to Iraq during my pregnancy with ds1. Luckily he was here for ds 2 & 3. However he does travel a lot in the states. So far he hadn't been gone longer than 2 months. He is currently gone for 3 days. . . Short or long the constant coming & going is hard while I'm working & raising 3 boys alone, but I love dh so I do what I have to! Nice to meet you!
