Not really. We have a license plate holder but that's about it. Obviously everyone at work knows I'm a military spouse as I work for the CG and my husband works 2 floors below me, but I don't really mention it to strangers. I mean *I'm* not military so why bring it up?
I don't usually bring it up. We are preparing for a deployment so that is on the top of my mind a lot. Sometimes people don't get that he has a civilian job and often wonder what he has been doing since his last deployment. A lot of my co-workers have been in the military or their husbands were in the military so its nice that they sort of get it.
I'm loud and obnoxious. I have a "Proud Army Mom" shirt and ds2 has a matching "Proud Army Brother" shirt and another in the next size up. The only reason I don't have yellow ribbons on my car is because I haven't found one I love just yet.
No we never had any stickers or anything like that on our cars or in our yard. Karl was never one to really talk about his military service....he would if someone asked or it was brought up in conversation. And everyone I knew, knew he was in the Air Force I mean it was hard not to know when we got married on base LOL.
