I started keeping track of my measurements on October 5th.

Granted I have not exercised in two weeks now and I am hoping I will have the energy to start up again tomorrow...

I took my measurements again this morning. And wanted to post my progress, the little that I have made.

My weight has not changed. I go up and down a few pounds here and there. Which drives me nuts!

Measurement changes:

chest - I have lost 3/4 of an inch
ribs - have stayed the same
waist - I have lost 2 3/4 inches - WOOHOO
hips - I have lost 1 1/4 inches - YEAH
Left thigh - I have lost 3/4 of an inch
Right thigh - I have lost 1/4 of an inch - but its about an inch smaller then my left to begin with due to my surgery

November 13th I added my midwaist measurements and since that date I have lost 1 3/4 inches!!!

Now I just need to maintain these losses and start getting them to drop even more! Its not much of a difference but atleast it shows some improvement even though the scale doesn't.

I stopped measuring my biceps since I really dont work on them and they are small anyhow. And my calf measurements are all over the place, so I kinda gave up on those as well.

That is great!! I think that measuring is way more accurate then what the scale says. The evil scale lies
