The only rude comment ive really gotten wasnt about being a teen mom, it was about not being a SAHM. A lady told me Addie would grow up hating me because I worked when she was so young and how SHE stayed at home until all her kids were in kindergarten. I said im sorry that im 19 and me and her dad are both in school. We have to work.

I remembered one thing that happened actually regarding being married at 15.... I was 17 at the time and I was trying to get a library card and the lady said, sorry but you have to have a parent or guardian sign for you. I explained to her that I was legally married, and thus, emancipated and a fully legal adult in the state of Texas and could provide proof, and she says: "Wow! Aren't you such a big girl!(sarcasm) Forever and ever?"... I just about wanted sock that lady in the nose.... grrr.... I still had to get my husband to sign. It was pretty hurtful and embarrassing.
