It's summer! What are you doing to prevent a heat rash on your and/or your LO?

I'm starting to put powder in Nik's diapers.

well both the babies already had a heat rash, at the same time but not in their diapers it was around their necks, on their chests a little and on the back a little. it wasnt avoidable though evne with luke warm baths and keeping them in the shade or with a fan they still got it , it was a really hot week!
