Yeah. You know what is sad. I haven't ever been with Alexa at midnight on New Years Eve! When she was a week old, I went out. Last year I went downtown to see the ball drop. And this year I told my sister I would go out of town for the night with her. Awww!

Knowing him, he'll choose 11:55 to wake up screaming and I'll ring in the New Year trying to get him back to sleep .

But, no, he won't be staying up til midnight. At this age it's not like New Year's means anything to him.

Nope! We're having a party this year and she's going to stay with grandma! She thinks of it as just another day anyway!

Nope. Joshua's actually leaving to go to Illinois tomorrow with my parents to stay for about a week to visit my stepdad's mom, so he'll be spending New Year's with them.
