Now I know that every child is a beautiful thing, a gift, a blessing. But we ALL KNOW somtimes you see kids that just arnt cute.

What do you do when you see a baby or kid thats not cute? Do you lie, or change the subject?

I wont lie, I wont be rude, but I usually just say somthing like "oh what a cute outfit"

Me too, I say something positive like "That is the cutest shirt!" or something about the stroller, or hair, or something!

I tell all parents that their baby is cute, even if I don't think the baby is.

If it's on JM is usually lie or say I like their outfit But sometimes I think the kid is cute AND I like their outfit, so don't look at my old posts and try to figure out which kids I think are 'uncute'

There are very few babies that I think aren't cute... I don't know, it's like I see the cuteness in every baby. But there have been times.... if I'm really close to the person, I'll lie, but if they're a stranger I'll change the subject or comment on their outfit or hair.

There's one little girl on JM that i do not find cute at all and her mom is always praising how cute she is! I try to avoid the subject all together or say somthing about her clothes

I usually don't say anything about them looking cute or anything about their clothes. I'll just say something like "Awww hey baby boy" or "Hey baby girl!" And I'll make sure and ask the parents how old he/she is.

I just generally say they are cute anyway. Brie, I've noticed that some kids are like that too, I knew a really unattractive little girl when I was younger and now she is absolutely stunning.

I mostly just say something about their clothes or I don't say anything at all!

ETA: I remember watching a comedy special about a year ago and they were talking about "ugly" children. He said he didn't want to be mean by calling them "ugly" so instead of said they were going through "changes" and thats how I describe children who aren't so "cute" to anyone! I tell them that the child is just going through changes!
