I randomly stepped into my backyard..I'm not even sure why, I never go back there when the kids aren't home. But I noticed that my neighbors puppy had crawled under the fence into my yard..not big deal hes done it tons of times before I usually just take him home. But he was laying there weird..and he had a container stuck on his head! A clear one that was sealed all around no air holes and it was really stuck on there. He was laying there and he was just starting to fall asleep and not moving at all. I am guessing he was running out of air so I grabbed him and ran to my neighbors and he got the container pulled off. Poor puppy I hope hes ok... He was just laying there in the sun and getting so sleepy that is heartbreaking. I did not expect to see that it at all it was quite the shock. Having a puppy is like having a toddler..they can not be left unattended like that! Who knows how long he was back there...they have the puppy back there alone for most of the day..

That's pretty sad! I hope he's alright. They should be closely watching their puppy and not leaving him alone outdoors like that.
