So I figured I would start the work out thread for the weekend, I know its new years and some may not have time.

I will just do what I did yesterday for starters and add on from there

Thursday December 28th, 2011

I did 1,000 revolutions on the elptical in 17.18 minutes. (Trying to beat 15.44 which is my best time. 20.44 minutes is my worst)

44 Calf Raises

25-30 lbs on back thighs (weights don't have lbs listed on them)

20-25 lbs on upper thighs

28 leg raises for lower abs

All I did yesterday was 10 minutes of core conditioning (it was pretty intense for 10 minutes lol), and a 10 minute replenish, and a bunch of stretching.

I haven't done anything this weekend yet Stupid work. But, I'm making myself run tomorrow (although it'll be on the treadmill because it's too freaking cold outside!)

I have lost my motivation to do it a few times too. I find that even if I do something every day, even small (like just doing the situps) it keeps me motivated because I can tell myself i didnt completely give up.
