Tuesday

Today I will do 1,200 revolutions. Every 2 weeks I will add 200 revolutions so I don't get used to it.

I will add in time and weights when I know for sure what I'm doing.

What is a revolution?


Last night I did 100 sit-ups and some stretching. Not much but it was late and I was really tired, better than nothing! Will update later when I do todays stuff.

Well an eliptical reads everything in revolutions instead of distance of steps. So it is 2 strides and I believe its 18 inch strides. When I take two steps it is 1 revolution.
This is sorta like what I use, its not the same brand or anything. but each side has to go around twice to be considered a revolution.

I LOVE the elliptical at the gym, really want to get one for home!

I did a Dancing with the Stars video tonight, lots of fun I did about 40 minutes of it.

I just did 1,200 revoluions in 18.32
Upper legs 30ish pounds 3 sets of 12
calf raises 3 sets of 11
Lower ab leg lifts 3 sets of 6 (would do more if my stupid pelvic bone would heal)

I just restarted the 30 Day Shred, I decided to start from day one again since it's been a few weeks. For some reason I am really nauseaus now though

Oh well, I survived the workout so I guess that is what matters lol.

Ok I am skipping tonight. I am not feeling well from the crappy pizza. I have been eating well and my body wasn't used to it, I also cant find my DVD remote. Tomorrow i will workout twice lol.

I'm skipping the video today because Dh didn't have to go to PT this morning so we slept in. I do plan to hit the gym tonight though so I will update later.

I skipped yesterday. I got off work and came home late. So today I will kick it up

I will do the 1,200 Revolutions
Arms, Abs and then maybe do another round of 500 revolutions or something. We shall see tonight.

Yesterday I did 1,350 revolutions in an estimate of 18 minutes. Logan unugged it and it reset half way so im not to sure.

Weights for legs, calf raises and an workout.

I did a water aerobics class this morning. It was tiring to say the least but a lot of fun!
