Monday January 9th
I did 1,300 revolutions in 19.18 minutes.

Best time so far. Not counting the time that Logan unplugged it cause it was just an estimate. I also don't include time and revolutions for the warm up and cool down.

Triceps 3 sets of 10 (15-20lbs)
Another Tricep/biceps 3 sets of 6 (15lbs)
Over head biceps 3 sets of 8 (8lbs)
Obliques 3 sets of 10 (15lbs)

I will post todays probably tomorrow morning.

I just checked Amazon and i probably won't have my 30 day shred till like the 10th of Feb! Which sucks, you guys might as well start without me .

Yesterday I walked to and from the library (about a mile)

Today I am walking to and from the rec center for a birthday party which is about two miles total...I am also pushing a stroller with two babies in it while doing it lol.

Oh ok, I don't mind waiting til you get yours. I haven't got mine yet neither, maybe tomorrow. But its hard for me with where we are, so it would give me a month to stall...I mean arrange something lol

Tuesday January 10

1,300 Revolutions in 19.10 minutes

Calf Raises 4 sets of 15
Upper thighs 4 sets of 10 (35-45lbs)
Lower Thighs 4 sets of 10 (35.2lbs)
Another upper thigh 4 sets of 10 (15-20lbs)
Lunges 4 sets of 5
Lower Ab Leg Lifts 4 sets of 10

Wednesday January 11th

1,300 revolutions in 20.32 minutes that literally SUCKED. But I had to force myself to workout

I did all my arm weights & Side Ab workout.

Thursday January 12th

I am taking a much needed break today

Today I walked to and from the chapel (for Bible study) pushing Addi and Bryan in my sit and stand stroller and carrying Ro in his carrier on my back. I am warn out!
