I have an interview tomorrow! I'm so excited, it's in the criminal justice field and could be the stepping stone I need, so I'm happy. DH has also picked up a second job which will help out our finances a lot. Plus it has benefits which is good since he's been uninsured for so long; and he's also waiting to hear back from a corrections agency if he can move on to the next step (crossing my fingers!). Joshua is doing really well, and he's so excited for his birthday party this weekend. My grandparents and aunt are flying out to see him, so he's really happy about that and so am I since I don't get to see them often.
On a side note, I was pretty upset on Saturday. The majority of both sides of my family live in west and southern Iowa, so I was really worried about them getting hit by the tornadoes. They didn't, thank god, but the town where the hospital got hit is about 10-20 miles from most of my mom's side of the family, so I was pretty much freaked for most of Saturday night before they got a hold of us to let everyone know they were okay. Tornado season... one I love because they fascinate me and one I hate because of human impact. Anyway, I'm rambling.
Thanks ladies!! Just got back from it, and it went awesome! It was also the longest interview I've ever had at 45 minutes. Pretty sure that's a good thing... I think lol. So I should hear back sometime next week if I get the job. Other than that it's been a great day and I'm in a really good mood.
Oh God I woke up with the most horrible cramps this morning. I took the morning off placement so that hopefully they will die down, I just took something to help wtih that.
I have been trying to go to bed early for the last month, but lately if I am in bed by 11 that is a miracle. Tonight though I want to work out, eat dinner, take kids a bath, shower and then go to bed. I can't handle another long night.

I was used to staying up that late when I was a SAHM but once I started working, it took its toll on me. I have never been a morning person. I am officially drained. I was in bed by 10 but I have a MASSIVE headache, a cold. Can't stop sneezing and honestly every time I sneeze I think Brie is crazy for liking it lmbo. I have been at work 26 minutes and I have a feeling I will be going home soon. Maybe when I get Samy and take her to school. I really just can't do this, I'm exhausted.

Hey everyone, I'm finally back! We are home and Dh down in south Texas for 2 1/2 months. We are about to go to evening service at church and then hopefully tomorrow I can get us back into our normal routine and start Addi's school stuff again.
Hey ladies I have been super busy this weekend whew! What have you all been up to? I went to a Jack and Jill last night of a friends and won this package that included a weekend getaway to a cottage in it. Score haha.
I have $85 for amazon gift cards and not sure what to do with it. I decide something and then end up not getting it. I would like to get a Kindle Fire but I don't know. I looked into stuff for the kids but everything is cheaper and better at Target or Wal Mart so I decided against that.
