Who is working out these days and what is your usual routine?


I haven't been which sucks be cause I worked so hard before my trip to Mexico and started to look fit and now its just lost and I even put on 10 pounds But I am getting back into it this week. Who else is with me?

I'm working out again too and hoping to stick with it. Yesterday I did two workouts (strength and then a 2 mile walk/run) and today I did a small strength workout and walked a mile.

I'm with you! I played volleyball and soccer in high school so I was working out or at practice like everyday so I could eat whatever and I never gained the weight. But now that I'm not working out I'm gaining the weight like crazy. I'm not even sure where to start I got a membership to the gym yesterday and I'm thinking about getting a personal trainer

I am currently doing 30 Day Shred, but I haven't done anything the past 2 days cause its just been insanely crazy. I am doing it today FOR SURE though cause I don't want to be sore all over again.

I also do weight lifting with both arms and legs. Then I will do some ab work outs.

I ride bike, walk/run the track.
