Who is working out these days and what is your usual routine?
I haven't been which sucks be cause I worked so hard before my trip to Mexico and started to look fit and now its just lost and I even put on 10 pounds But I am getting back into it this week. Who else is with me?
I'm with you! I played volleyball and soccer in high school so I was working out or at practice like everyday so I could eat whatever and I never gained the weight. But now that I'm not working out I'm gaining the weight like crazy. I'm not even sure where to start I got a membership to the gym yesterday and I'm thinking about getting a personal trainer
