I know we were talking earlier last month about workouts and how we are all slacking in them. I think it was Brie that mentioned you wanted to find something to motivate you and that was fun? Have you ever heard of blogilates/POP Pilates? I stumbled upon it the other day from youtube and just did today's workout on her Nuts for November calendar....it hurt! I actually only did 850 of the 1000 workout because I was so out of breath and sore lol.
