Okay, so here's my story....
I'm 19 so is my boyfriend. We've only been together for about 2 months 2 1/2 months, but we've been best friends for a while. We just found out I'm pregnant about 3 days ago. It was quite a shock. We already live together but we barely make enough to pay the bills. We weren't expecting something like this. I still haven't met his parents. I'm actually going to meet them tomorrow (they don't know I'm pregnant, and we aren't going to tell them tomorrow) He hasn't met my parents yet. I'm terrified to tell them. I don't want his parents to hate me, and I definately don't want my parents to hate him. Both of our parents are really nice and supportive people, but they have both been in our shoes, his parents had their first child when they were our age, and my parents had me when they were 17 and 19 so they know how hard it is, and will probably be really disappointed in us for making the same mistakes they did. I'm really scared and nervous and I don't know what to do now. I'm not really scared of my mom getting mad, but I'm terrified of her getting dissapointed in me.

Heres the thing honey, you are already pregnant, your child is already growing and the only thing that procrastinating will do is further your baby's growth. You are old enough to make your own decisions, you are out on your own, and you are an adult. I am sure your parents aren't going to be giving you that much grieve about it. They will come around! Just be sure to let them know asap, you never know they may want to help you out alot!

i woudlnt tell them if it was my first time meeting them either but definately soon it will all work out in the end.

Awww. I told my mom right away but it took a couple weeks to tell my dad. I'd say no rush, tell them in your own time!!

I would definitely tell them as soon as possible...at least that's what I've learned. Parents just get more upset when they find out that you've been hiding it from them.
