My mom wouldn't use teething tablets on my niece until she's a little older. She won't use baby orajel, either, because she said it can numb their tongue.

So does mine. She likes to wet it with cold water, stick it in the freezer for a minute or two and let them suck on it.

Teething tablets, because Owen gaged on the orajel. But I would put wet clothes in the freezer and give them to him, it worked the best.

i use gel with kaylee but only if she really needs it- otherwise i just give her the rings to chew on here and there..
