oh and sean posts on some site and he says he will take any abandoned reptiles. well a local reptile store called asking if sean was TWENTY red eared slider turtles, they are fully grown ..and hes gonna take them like ughhhhhh we do not have a big enough pool for them to swim in and a big enough area to make for their land lol! but hes been asking tons of zoos if they want them he doesnt want to keep them but jeeeeeze lol! the pet store wants to give them to sean for free cuz they cant get rid of them, they are all the turtles customers have returned because they got too big
Yaaaaay!!!! I am soo happy for you!!!! It's definitely a GOOD day when you don't get sick and can actually get rid of nausea!!!!

Brie, just a word of caution but turtles and other reptiles carry salmonella. Don't touch them and definitely wash your hands any time you touch anything they touch because it could cause pregnancy complications. Not trying to scare you but wanted to give you a heads up! Congrats on feeling better!

True! Water turtles are very know for that.
If U are getting 20 - I wouldnt. (which is alot coming from me - LOL I am the turtle person! I own to many turts & torts!) They get big QUICK! I have 2 male a female. along w/ 7 box turtles.
RES are VERY messy. Ours are in a cattle 100gallon stock tank. & need to move up soon.
If U need any help or advice I know lots & will be happy to help.

if i had my way we wouldnt be getting them at all i know that we do not have the room for them!! thats why hes trying to find a zoo to take them...we found this girl who recues reptiles and aparently she might take them.. we dont actually have them at our house yet lol
That’s great, I’m so glad that you had a great day without the nausea! And eating what you love the most is the best feeling while pregnant! And sounds like your going to have a house overloaded with pets hehe
