You'll be alright! I would eat a lot of spicy foods, it was something I craved. Its the heartburn you have to deal with though...

I am in LOVE with spicy foods!!! Hot sauce pretty much goes on anything at this point! LOL I think like the other girls told me before, the main issue with Mr. Noodles is the sodium and not the spice in that flavor, so drink tons of water!!

ive never had heartburn before but ill probably end up getting it at some point in this pregnancy since so many pregnant ladies do but how do you know if you have it?
also has anyone got heartburn during pregnancy that never got it before being pregnant?

I never had it before being pregnant and 1 day there was this burning sensation in my chest after I had some spicy food! To this day, almost 14 months after my daughter was born, I still get heartburn!

I'm Asian so spicy food is inevitable It's fine while you're pregnant. The only thing is when you're breastfeeding ... it doesn't make your milk spicy but I've *heard* it can upset your baby's stomach but that never happened with me and Remy either so IDK. Eat it in moderation to be safe I guess. I never had heartburn before and haven't had it since I was pregnant. Basically it feels like your chest is on fire.. it doesn't hurt that bad but enough to make you uncomfortable but a glass of milk or a cup of yogurt relieves it right away

I love spicy food, I just base it on if you get heartburn or not. If so, then you won't want any, but I've been lucky and havent got much heartburn. (o=
