I am a SAHM right now but I am looking for some part time office admin work. Luckily my mom has offered to watch Isaiah 3 days a week! Its hard to find part time work though, especially one that offers 3 eight hour shifts a week.

When I first went back to work, Adam, my mil, or my mom kept Danielle. I trusted them *still do* and it was hard being away...but I knew Danielle was well taken care of.

Now while I am at school or work, Dani is either at preschool, with Adam, or mil.

I will say this though...having Adam take care of Dani on the weekends has forced him to be a more hands on dad. Today was Dani's teacher's last day *she decided to retire from teaching* and she pulled Adam aside when he dropped Dani off at school today. She went on about how much she is going to miss her and so on. And then she told Adam that he was the best daddy she has ever met He has been glowing all day and night lol And yes...I take full credit! It all happened because I decided to back to work haha

I started work and school back up at the same time. My grandma, my friend and her daddy watched her while i was in classes. And while im at work my parents watch her or her daddy. It wasnt that hard because she was 2 months old by then but it did take some adjusting to.

I watched Remy all his life except the four months that I decided to work. Then my parents watched him - my dad mainly because he was the one I dropped him off with. Kevin would watch him when he didn't work. I'm planning on going back to work soon so either my inlaws will watch him or I may do daycare or both.

When I went back to work she was 9 months and I had her all set up w/ a sitter.. but that fell through. I think there were about 3 that just didn't work out for a bunch of different reasons. So then my sister started watching her! It was nice, but horrible at the same time. She wasn't a very reliable person back then. I had to leave suddenly and on bad terms because of it.

I've been a SAHM about 14 months of her life.. If I go back to work, she'll be in daycare. It'll be an adjustment but I think it'll be good for her too!

Once Taylor's here I'm going to stay at home with her so me! I plan on being off until we're done having kids and my youngest is in kindergarten but I could work part time in the evenings if I wanted to as a hair stylist. It's just to complicated to drive 35 mins up the road and only make enough to cover my gas there and back.

My family (mom, sister, robert's family) they all helped with both boys! They keep them all the time and the boys are actually leaving to day to go be with them!

I don't know how long I am going to have mat. leave for because I haven't been working very long! but when I go back to work I will have afternoons off, so hopefully I can find an affordable daycare that will take the baby for just the mornings. because I can't afford to be an SAHM or else I would.

I'm a SAHM now... but with my oldest I was back to school in 3 weeks . I had my godmother watching him until I found her drinking one day... then Had my good friends mother watch him until I graduated. Then I found a wonderfull woman who had only him, but did sooo much in the way of early "school" with him. I still talk to her now and then...

My mom will keep baby when I go back to school... other times it'll be my family or DFs family, or really close friends we trust.

My dad or my sisters usually watch him while I'm at school. His dad has also watched him once while I went to Tech (I'm at the High School for 3 hours, home for 1, then go to Tech for another 3). I might see if he wants to watch him more often. I dunno yet.

My mom is going to keep the baby when she doesn't have to work. Then, a family friend [Clif's mom] will keep the baby the other days while I'm in school.
