My little one had her 2 wk dr.appt today. She went from 6 lbs 8 oz at birth to 7 lbs 10 oz, today. Which is good because she had lost alot in the hospital. The hospital measured her 19.5 inches but she was only 18, they made a mistake. Her dr. looked at her thrush and said the medz that she was on(nystatin) didnt help, but only made it worse. She only had it on her tongue last time, now she has it on her tongue, roof of her mouth, gums, and cheeks, its awful. They started her on some other medicine(Diflucan) for 2 more weeks. She fusses alot, she spits out her pacifier alot, I know its because her little tongue.I hope this medicine works.I'm still nervous about leaving her while I go back to work on Thursday. I'm also wondering how I'm going to do, I've been cramping alot lately. We'll see.
So here's some pictures of her this week.
HAHa, I was feeding her and caught her hand like this and just had to take a picture.
I hope the thrush gets better. I was boiling everything every other day and my dr told me to stop. That making things too clean can keep it from going away. I stopped being so clean and POOF, it went away.
