does anyone get like pain in their sides, and hips and like lower back area when AF arrives?

i got AF today (a lot earlier then expected ) and im feeling really crappy. like very achy and blah. it sucks.

I get really crampy and my back hurts too sometimes. Ick I ALWAYS have them like that, well not now since I haven't gotten it.

ahhh ick mine were always like that before the first time i got pregnant..then since that first miscarriage i hardly had any pain at all i hope you feel better soon!

I always get cramps and a sore lower back!!!
My AF came a week early

I never got cramps, mine were always really achey, uncomfortable pressure. Heating pads usually helped. I hope you feel better!

I don't usually, but w/ this AF my lower back has been killing me, I'm super crabby and I just feel really gross...

I'm going out w/ my sister and I'm hoping she'll trade babies w/ me for the time we're out cause it'd be a lot easier if I didn't have to chase around Mikayla lol
