I have looked up all tutorials on this and googled them as well and I can't find anything that can help me with bending lines in PSE. There is a line tool but nothing that will help it bend. I found a tutorial on the net that used the ellipse tool but totlaly lost me. Could anyone help me with this? I'm trying to create some thing like this...

In the tutorial I found that can create this, I get to the stage where you have to draw a curved line and get lost.

If anyone can help, here is the tutorial that I was going off

Darn, I don't understand why in PSE you can do almost EVERYTHING possible including things you don't even need and there are just a couple of effects that I'm sure most people will use, they don't have????? I mean a wavy line is so common and so are curled edges but PSE doesn't have them? I'm sure there is some type of action to add but I've tried adding them and can't get them to work. Oh well I might just have to improvise then.

I'm jumping in here. I couldn't access the tutorial that you linked, but to bend a line in PSE5 I use the Filter>Distort>Twirl tool. You can change the angle to match what you are looking for. I hope this helps!
