Can anybody help me make the background (to a siggy, for example) transparent?

Send a message via Yahoo to Kit Kat
Turn off the background layer, so all you see is checked boxes (that shows it's transparent). Then save it as a png file (or gif if it's animated).

Note that png files are way bigger than jpeg files and if you are making the siggy for JM, you don't need to save it transparent because the background is white!

Thank you.

Yeah, I am on a few other boards who's backgrounds aren't white.
