Is there a way in Elements to get it so when you place your cursor over the font name in the list you can see a preview of it? I have such a list of fonts and I feel like I don't use half of them. I have to go through the list trying them on the actual text to make a decision. I know many other programs let you preview.

I have a free font manager program and I usually look through that if I want to see what the text will look like. When you drop down the menu in Elements you can see a very small sample, but it's sometimes hard to make out what it really looks like.

Here's a link to the font viewer that I use:

I have that problem too. Sometimes I keep Microsoft Word open just so I can look at my fonts.

I use PSE too.

BUT I do what Rachel does... I downloaded a program called "The Font Thing". Not sure where I got it, but it works for me!
