There are apparently a wide range of Photoshop softwares out in the market.
Which type is for me?

My needs are:
- able to make siggys
- enhance photos (but not expecting to reach professional standards)

Should I go for PS 6/7, Illustrator, CSC2, CSC3.....?
HELP! Cost is not a problem as......we have access to all types of programs/ versions.

Any advise is soooooooo highly appreciated. THANKS!

The latest and greatest is Photoshop CS3, but you can do great siggies with earlier versions or with Photoshop Elements. If cost is not an issue, I'd go with either Photoshop CS, CS2 or CS3.
