I'm wondering how I can make images more clear and take out redness? Can anyone help?

For redness, I usually play with the colour balance sliders, Image > Adjust > Colour Balance, and add a bit more yellow, take our some red, until it looks right. Not sure what you mean by 'clear'...

Yep, Play with the color balance. Also go look through the FAQ Sticky. There are a ton of great lessons on how to enhance a photo.
