I must have done something to my settings, but now when I try to animate, the image quality on my pics are horrible. They were ok before. So here are my questions:
a)Which settings when saving animated sigs (gifs) work best for you?
b)How else do you go about preserving image quality when animating?

Thanks so much:-)

Oh, and I have PS CS, and Image Ready.

I don't have Image Ready installed on my machine, but I think the save for web is the same as on Photoshop. When you save for web, you have the option to adjust the compression, by changing the Dither %. The lower the dither, the more compression. Animated siggies can be as large as 200K, so I think you can keep the dither pretty high unless you have lots of frames.

Hope that helps.
