I am looking to make a photo collage, but I would like my photos to have like a white fuzzy border around them. Can I add the border after I open them in my collage? It seems whenever I choose "decor, and add fuzzy border", it keeps adding it to the whole page, and not the specific picture that is highlighted. Any way around this? Am I doing something wrong?? I am pulling my hair out trying to figure it out..GRRR...

Thank you in advance!!

It looks like it compresses your pictures and adds the border to the full thing. If you want each individual photo to have the fuzzy border it looks like the only way is to work on each photo on its own and then add it to the collage.
