So I found the tutorials and thought I would try. Had a few hic ups but actually a lot of fun to play around with. The words I couldn't figure out how to make them pop more but I will play around with more siggy stuff thanks ladies for getting me going.

Don't know much about your program but I can give you some general advice on it.

Firstly I'd crop your siggy, you have a whole lot of blank white space around it. Then I'd lower the shadow behind your picture. To make your text pop more I'd increase the stroke around it and add a small shadow. Also I'd change the text from white to some color from the picture.

Overall its a great first siggy! Congrats!!

In your toolbox on the left, there is a Crop tool -- it looks kind of like a box with a line drawn diagonally through it. Click that and make a selection around your siggy. You can resize it using the boxes on the sides of the selection.

Still not sure how to get rid of all the white but the red seems better than the white for the lettering .

Thank you I found what you said and was able to fix it . Wohoo!
