Girls, I'm really scared

I woke up to find blood in my underwear. There's much more than when I was spotting last time, and since it was dried, I have no idea how long it was there. I haven't bled since (it's been less than an hour), but it's enough to freak me out. I'm going to try to get into the OB, and if I can't I'll go to the ER. I still have to make lesson plans & stuff since a sub can't really teach what I had planned for today.

I don't know if it means anything, but I did find what I'm pretty sure was dried milk on my nipples last night. I usually don't think anything of it because it seems to happen from time to time ever since I stopped BF'ing Abby in 2006.

Anyway, thanks for listening.

updated: We're fine. She did a u/s and found the heartbeat right away. I'm on pelvic rest (no sex till further notice) and I'm supposed to be taking it easy. I actually told Brant to ask his parents if they could take Abby for at least part of the weekend. I don't know what's up w/ that yet, as I just got up from a nap a little while ago. I have some deadlines that need to be met at work, and I figure at least maybe I can do that and not get more stressed. The only bad thing is I have a feeling I'm starting a cold, as my throat is funny & Brant was sick this week. If the spotting stops I can just go to my next appointment on 9/19, but if it doesn't, I'm supposed to follow up w/ my regular dr. next week.

{{{HUGGLES}}} Ok not to be gross but are you sure of which place down there it came out? My m/s has been so bad that my intestinal wall is irritated and i thought I was bleeding from my front door---turns out it was the back door.

Oh no I hope everything is okay! Did you DTD recently or anything? I know my cervix was really irritated in the first trimester and I spotted a couple times..

Oh I hope everything is ok! A bit is normal in early pg. Maybe that's all it is. Especially if it is old. You're in my t's and p's

Well, it's still too early to call the dr. & I'm back home from work so here I am. It does look like old blood, I haven't DTD in weeks b'c I've been so sick, and I'm sure it came from "down there." I have had some spotting since then but not as much blood. My dr. did say to call in case of any bleeding & get checked out, though, so I'm going to do that. I'm just wondering if stress would cause it b'c my boss dropped a bombshell on me on Wednesday.

I have made so many phone calls today. I finally got in touch w/ one dr.'s office (she's the on-call OB today for my group of clinics), and the nurse wants me to come in to get checked & do a u/s. I have to be worked in, so I'll probably be there for a while. Will update when I get back.
