Well im not sure how your clinic ran these numbers... but somethings off. They shouldnt be that low and 1.5 is not normal under any circumstance. (unless they used some odd system to get to those numbers... but it aint right.)
1.2 million is LOW. Even if its a total count, or a per mL count -- its VERY low. Normal 40 million total or 20 million per mL. Some insight -- my DF has 1.5 million total or 375,000 per mL. Which is horribly poor and why we need IVF.
Morphology of 16% is great! Morphology numbers most docs like to see over 12%. Some insight -- my DF has a morphology of 1%. (Baaaad)
Volume.. not sure... volume isnt usually measured in a precent, its measured in an mL. If you mean motility (the movement) that number should be great then 50%. My DF's volume was 3.5 which is great and his motility was 14% (Horrible!) Any volume over 2.0mL is normal. Anything less indicates an issue.
I would call the doctor back again and double check how he ran the test. Somethings not right. 1.5 is not normal in any sense unless they used some different odd system to get to those numbers. The only thing i could think of that would yield a 1.2 million and 1.5 million being normal is post-ejaculatory urine.
*hugs* GL!
ETA: You can call the clinic and request they send you the medical records. Then you can see exactly wth they did.
